EARL McFALL, Trainer/Instructor: Earl is a graduate "A" Pony Clubber, and is still actively involved in the program, teaching at several of the local pony clubs and giving clinics at the pony club summer camps. Earl has competed successfully in Grand Prix Jumpers and through the Advanced level of 3-Day Eventing, and was long listed for the 2000 Olympics. He is an active 3-Day competitor/instructor. JENNIFER McFALL, Trainer/Manager: Jennifer also began her equestrian career in the Pony Club, and evented successfully with her 15.2 hand Morgan gelding, Dragonfire Kublakhan, one of the few registered Morgans ever to compete at the Advanced level. She continues as an active 3-Day competitor, most recently with her lovely young Holsteiner/TB mare, Vain Dame. Jennifer, however, is better known for her many World Champion Morgan Horses. She trained and showed such notables as Dragonfire Kirin, Dragonfire Marley, En Excess NKS, and WH Zimbabwe in the Hunter Pleasure divisions; DLH Dakota Blues and Movado in Western Pleasure; Dragonfire Kublakhan, Dragonfire Kirin, Dragonfire Marley, Briar Oaks Pep In My Step and Equinox Adelle in the Dressage and Hunter/Jumper divisions.

Earl and Jennifer are concerned not only with the performance of the horses they train, but also with involving their owners. They have a number of very active amateur riders, several of whom are competing in the "Masters" division (50 years of age and over). The younger set also provides an active presence. Earl and Jennifer stress the importance of becoming a skilled and knowledgeable rider, as well as encouraging sportsmanship, responsibility and the enjoyment of horses and the people involved with them.

Earl and Jennifer have won numerous year end awards, including the 2006 "Lifetime Achievement for Sportsmanship" award. This national award is granted on a yearly basis to the trainer voted most deserving by their peers. The pair has also won the national Sport Horse Trainer of the Year award every year for the past four years.

MELISSA VOTAW, Academy Director: Our instruction program, "Academy@Dragonfire," is run by Melissa Votaw, who has won World titles in Hunter Pleasure, Hunter Equitation, Dressage and Western Pleasure. Melissa has a background in early childhood development and is especially good with the youngsters. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes it easy for beginner and intermediate riders of all ages to grow and learn.

Melissa has shown and won World titles in Hunter Pleasure, Hunter Equitation, Dressage and Western Pleasure. We look forward to the continued growth of our Academy under her direction.

CHERON LABOISSONNIERE, Co-Founder/Mature Ladies Instructor: Dragonfire owes its existence and direction to Cheron, Jennifer's mother. Her vision and her ability to see it through has made our farm what it is today. She now teaches a popular weekend group of enthusiastic "mature ladies". Because she started her riding career as an adult and went on to win World titles in Dressage, she ccan relate her knowledge of horsemanship and help her students conquer their fears of riding. Horses, friendship and home-baked goods are enjoyed by all!

TRACY FELT, Instructor/Assistant: Tracy is an International Level Event rider, but her current full-time job is teaching Mathematics and her kids just love her! Her teaching skills are a terrific asset as she helps to keep our students working progressively when Earl, Jenny and Melissa are on the road at horse shows. Tracy is also instrumental in keeping our training horses on top of their game during these necessary trips off the farm. We are very fortunate to have such talent available!

TONI CASADOS, Volunteer Massage Therapist: Toni is a certified massage therapist for both humans and equines. We are lucky enough to not only have her come to the Morgan shows and massage our competitors at no cost, but she also works on our horses weekly at no cost. What a perk!

DAVID CHANG, Co-Founder/Accounting Manager: David may not have been into horses in the beginning of Dragonfire, but now he is one of the most important players on our team. He handles all accounting, and also manages to tape almost every ride at the Morgan shows! Our clients enjoy the luxury of having their classes put on to DVDs every year and presented to them at our annual Christmas party.
